I have spent over 4 hours, over 3 days, across 3 calls trying to get it resolved -- with NO LUCK!
GoDaddy support (in the Philippines) has admitted that they too are LOST. At the mercy of Microsoft.
The problem appears to be that Microsoft updated their servers to CO-PILOT.
Though GoDaddy can't fix this problem, I have found, luckily, two workarounds.
I want to share them with YOU.
What works best is to logon, through the standard GoDaddy 'SecureServer' (i.e., sso.godaddy.com) as usual.
With LUCK you will (should) end up at: m365.cloud.microsoft.
If you get that far, there is HOPE.
You should, again with LUCK, see 'Apps'.
There should be 'OUTLOOK' in the list ... or just on its own.
Click that.
That might work, first time. If so, you are all set.
If not go to the URL bar (i.e., address bar) & type 'outlook.office.com'.
That should work. Has worked for me across multiple DEVICES ...
The key is to be able to go to 'outlook.office.com'.
That GoDaddy can't help us with this is BAD.
But, that is what GoDaddy has become.
Hope this helps.
GoDaddy support says to try: 'outlook.office365.com'.
That did NOT work for me ....
Also try using EDGE as your browser than Chrome. I have found that that helps.
OK?
NIGHTMARE.
