OK, I panicked. I should have remembered.
I had opened a SECOND MS Word document, while editing another.
The Second one I opened was a LARGE document -- heavily formatted.
The Document was COVERED in light green highlighting. I did CLICK-OFF real time ProWritingAid but the Green persisted. I thought it was Word.
Did some Googling. Turned off a bunch of Word sharing, accessibility & display option. NO. Nothing worked.
While I do have AUTO-UPDATE on for MS Office, I asked for an Online Repair. Windows decided to reinstall all of MS Office. Not a bad thing. Took some time.
THEN I remembered. Bloody ProWritingAid!
Removed the 'Extension' from Word. BINGO! That was the issue.
I am cool.
I prefer to use it Standalone.
