It is no secret that I am into smartwatches. 😇
Thus I get 'notifications' etc. on smartwatch news. So, I saw this this morning.
Got me speculating.
Yes, the Amazfit 'Balance 2' just became available in the U.S., YESTERDAY, at $299. That made it the MOST expensive of the Amazfit watches -- $20 more than the T-Rex 3 (at $279).
But, the Balance 2 & the T-Rex 3 are not for the same demographic. They are aimed at two different sets of folks.
Thus, there was NO NEED to drop the T-Rex 3 price.
UNLESS .... UNLESS ... UNLESS ...
Amazfit plans to introduce a NEW, even BETTER T-Rex!
That would be amazing.
I would be so excited.
The 'Garmin' 'Epix Gen 2' I now wear will soon be 3 years old. YIKES.
I have never worn the SAME smartwatch for that long. My previous average used to be under 8 months.
I like the LATEST technology & I HATE GARMIN.
So, I have been THINKING of getting a new smartwatch WHEN I finish my current book. My treat for finishing the book.
So, a T-Rex 4 would be MAGIC.
I was THINKING of getting BOTH a Balance 2 & a T-Rex 3. Together they would still be LESS than 1/2 what I paid for the Epix Gen 2.
So, as you can see I am kind of excited.
