Would YOU Go See A Doctor Named "Dick"?

I am looking for a new doctor.

My current one (who I have been with for 5 years) nearly tried to kill me a few weeks ago. It was a very good job that I totally disregarded his order that I stop -- cold turkey -- a beta blocker. There is a WARNING against that drug that says 'Do NOT STOP abruptly. You must taper'.

That was his 2nd strike. I would rather we didn't go for a 3rd strike.

He is a very nice guy. I don't think he wanted to kill me. Just careless.

Anywho, I was searching on the Web for a potential new doctor.

I came across this name. CRACKED ME up.

He is probably very good. With a name like that he probably had to do better than most just to survive all his life.

I just can't see myself having a 'Dr. Dick' as my Primary Care.

People always ask you who your Primary Care is. I just can't see myself being able to say "Dr. Dick" with a straight face. People would think I was being FUNNY.

So, I had to skip by his name. Maybe my loss.

I wish him all the best. With that name he needs it.

I knew a guy who went by 'Dick' as his first name. He had an e-mail, with an obscure e-mail provider, that went "dick@....". Can't tell you how many times e-mails to him would get rejected. He eventually realized it was a problem and changed his e-mail. P.S., He was DICK!
