Doesn't Make Sense To Me That India Is NOT A Player In The AI Race.

AI has been the talk-of-the-world for the last few days ...

Everybody has been talking about AI, non-stop, since the middle of last week. All OLD HAT to me. I have been scared of AI for years! << Check this post. >> It is about bloody time others got around to appreciating the dangers. 

However, it struck me today that India (or for that matter Russia) never gets mentioned as players in the AI race.

That doesn't make sense.

India has the programming talent -- as well as the money to build the necessary data centers.

So, why has India lagged?

Or are they working on AI in stealth mode?

Ditto Russia?

Is India working with either China or Russia?

I find it hard to believe that India is not involved in some way.

I am a professional cynic (for good reasons). 😇
