This Is Why Current Stock Market Makes NO SENSE -- CEO Shot Dead, Stock Goes Up (As Much As 1%)!

Rightly or wrongly I have never had an interest in healthcare stocks. Being poor I don't have to invest, but what little I have I had invested in tech -- which I kind of understand because I was in tech (up to my hocks) for over 40 years.

So, I don't know anything about UNH stock -- though given that I watch/listen to CNBC much more than most, I do hear folks talking about it a lot. I kind of tune it out. 😇

Maybe he wasn't a good CEO. Appears that he has been accused of insider trading etc. OBVIOUSLY, some investors are HAPPY that he is gone!

To me, however, this is just another example of HOW the 'current' stock market NO LONGER makes sense.

The current stock market seems to be DIVORCED from the real world -- geopolitical events & even things like THIS, i.e., the shooting of a high-profile CEO. Not like it was in the ol' days. I am sure glad I am NOT a trader nor have much money in the market. This market is CRAZY.
