Wow. Who would have thought that Malaysia would take the LEAD on this. Brilliant. Bravo. I think this is a BIG problem around the globe -- with firefighters too. Yes, I know that there are some minimum fitness tests they have to pass, in this country, every few years -- but from what I heard, they are not too stringent (& it, of course, shows).

From what I have seen (in movies) this is a HUGE problem in India.

We are NOT immune either.

So I am all for this. Bravo Malaysia.

Wish others will take notice. Ideally the BMI should be lower.
