Why Was Trump's Plane To Inauguration (at 'Palm Springs') Escorted On Taxiway By All Those SUVs?

I don't recall ever seeing SUVs (or any vehicles) escorting a plane ahead of takeoff. Yes, the black ones must have been Secret Service. White one -- airport security?

Not sure why?

At that juncture what can you do?

Plus, I was amazed they were allowed that close BEHIND a jet. Wow. There is the jet engine blast even at slow speeds.

Seemed very strange to me. Maybe this is not new -- just new to I.

Also wondering what plane that was. 'Air Force TWO'? There was no designation.
