'Gabby Petito' Murder ('Netflix' Series): I Actually Thought That 'Moab' Police Did Good!

I am still on Episode 2, but the Moab (Utah) stop & police incident was in Episode 1. I watched it very carefully -- even did some rewinding.

I was impressed. They had a lot of police there for what was not a major incident. Not sure why one wore a black mask.

But, I was impressed how DECENT they were. Very polite. Very understanding. Very obliging. Never a  cross word. They treated both of them with kid gloves.

As they kept on emphasizing, over & over again, SHE was THE AGGRESSOR in that instance. He was the victim.

I think they cut slack because she was young (pretty) & told this story of OCD & anxiety.

I was NOT sure WHO payed for "Brian's" hotel room? I was confused by that. Did the police pay? If so why.

Yes, it appeared unorthodox but seemed humane & considerate.

What folks are NOT commenting about is that the two BLATANTLY VIOLATED the strict, no-caveats, NO-CONTACT edict laid down by the police. That was naughty. Yes, they both seem instabile when it comes to sex -- & I can relate to that. 😇

Not sure you can blame the police. He was NOT pressing charges. She was the aggressor.

Well, that is my take.

😇
