I Can Live With 200% Tariffs On EU Wine -- But I Know U.S. Producers Will Jack-Up Prices Because They Can!

I no longer buy that much French or Italian wine. Maybe ten bottles over the year -- mainly when I am travelling. So the tariffs won't affect my wine consumption much -- & these days, prediabetic, I drink a fraction of what I used to. [It is pretty amazing.]

But, I know how it works. When European prices go up U.S. Producers feel that they have the luxury to INCREASE their prices. That is the shame. That is the killer. That will impact me. I can't cut back, realistically, any further. I drink just one MEASURED glass of wine 98% of days. Yes, I do occasionally cheat.

This is a shame. This upsets I.
