I found this place, serendipitously, a year ago. I was out ambling & saw the signs. I was drawn like a moth to a light. Wow. WHAT A PLACE!

But, alas, it was NOT a good experience. I went in & there was no one around. I called out, I walked the length of the building (squeezing through the gaps between the books) but couldn't find a soul.

Lights were on & the door had been OPEN. There was no sign saying it was closed.

I started at the front & started looking. I immediately saw some old train magazine. I was very interested. So, I dig them out & started looking at them. I would have bought them if the price was right.

Then this disheveled man comes storming in through the front door ...

He was NOT happy to see me. Made out as if I had broken in! He wanted me out. I obliged. Very strange ....

Now I see this. This is consistent with what I had seen.

I desperately want to know what will happen to the books. Some great books there.

I will keep an eye on this.
