First 'Eastern Newt' Of 2025 In Central New Hampshire.

Well, at least the first one I have seen in 2025.

But given that I walk, in the woods, daily, I am a fairly good spotter of these.

Now I have learnt that it is an 'Eastern Newt' in its EFT (i.e., terrestrial) stage.

I used to call them 'salamanders' but that was wrong.

Just wanted to share this with you.
