'Lake Winnipesaukee', Atypically QUIET For A Memorial Weekend Sunday.

I was driving by & was curious as to how busy it was. Driving, briefly, on the other side of the Bay I had noticed that there were hardly ANY boats.

Yes, it has NOT been a great weekend (or week) in terms of weather. But today wasn't that bad. The rain was light & spotty.

Yes, there was a little CHOP but nothing to stop keen boaters.

Wow. The docks were empty.

Wow. The Lake was empty.

In my boating days on the Lake, 20+ years ago, it was never like this on a Holiday Weekend.

There would be lines of boats, lined up, to dock.

I don't really pay that much attention to boat traffic on the Lake these days.

I just expected it to be more busy.

It could just be the weather.

But I will be keeping an eye open the rest of the Summer.
