Freddie Mercury: So Glad That He Was Cremated.

There are a LOT of Freddie Mercury impersonators. Some, such as 'Gary Mullen', are outstanding. A real tribute to Mercury. Other are kind of so-so. It is a shame that artists (or more to the point their estates) can't control how they are impersonated. [Maybe they can, & I just don't know.] I would like to see some QUALITY CONTROL.

But that is why I am glad that Mercury was cremated.

I would hate to see him tossing & turning in a grave while someone is doing him an injustice.

He deserves better.

Actually they all do.

Just a thought. I see a LOT of tribute bands. Some, of course, are better than others.

Just got me thinking.

I was fortunate enough to meet Gary Mullen (a few years ago).

A lovely, HUGELY TALENTED & 120% dedicated MAN. What a performance. He tries so, so hard.

I wrote the 'Buckingham Palace' asking for him to be KNIGHTED.

Only time I have ever done that. 😇

Well there are others that are NOT Gary Mullen.

That is OK. Freddie would have wanted it as such.

I just wanted him to REST IN PEACE. Glad that he is.
