Boeing 787 Fuel Cutoff Switch (As In Air India Crash) STUPIDLY DESIGNED -- Cutoff Should Be At Top, Run At Bottom.

I was SHOCKED when I saw it.

Yes, I know there is a LIFT-UP 'gate' to prevent it from being ACCIDENTALLY flipped down.

BUT, even with that 'gate' there is still speculation that it might have been ACCIDENTAL, the 'gate' not as strong as it should be.

So think if it was the other way around STILL WITH A STIFF 'Gate'.

Makes much more sense, CUTOFF is up.

Yes, the thrusters get pushed up. So they could be knocked up that way -- but you have the gate.

Poor DESIGN.

So many other SAFEGUARDS they could have used. There could be a flap/door on top.

Boeing is NOT off the hook.

Very bad design.

SHAME ON BOEING.

😖
