I have had a 'Discover' credit card since 1991, i.e., i.e., 34-years.
I have never really had any problems with them.
And as YOU may know they offer LOTS of FREE value-added services, e.g., 'New Credit Inquiry Alert'. That one is good to have, good to know. Each time you apply for a new credit line, you should get this alert from Discover. I do ... & they are SPOT ON.
Then, yesterday I got this 'Change In Recurring Charges' e-mail. That was a FIRST.
I only have a COUPLE of 'recurring charges', i.e., auto-pay. I HATE THEM. But, in some instances you just can't avoid them. In those situations I use Discover ... because I know I can call their Customer Support IF I have a problem.
This e-mail was a LIFESAVER.
I had NOT realized/noticed my payment had jumped UP $35!
Thank YOU Discover.
I sorted it out.
But, IF NOT for Discover, I would not have known.
Yes, I am REMISS. But I am also kind of BUSY right now.
