When I was told this, I told the lady 'I could be DEAD by then'. There was a STONY silence at the other end. She didn't say a thing. I hung up.

OK, it was not an emergency X-ray. There was nothing broken & I was not in the ER.

Yes, it was more of a precautionary X-ray -- just to make sure there was nothing wrong.

But, 10-days!

10-days!

How can that be right?

My MAIN gripe is that they didn't TELL me about this UNACCEPTABLE delay BEFORE they took the X-ray.

They WANTED their MONEY.

That is all they were concerned about. Their MONEY.

IF they had told me, I would have taken my order, which was in paper form, & gone somewhere else.

THEY DUPED ME. They deceived me.

I have been going to Frisbie since 2019.

To be fair this is the 1st time they SCREWED me.

Prior to this I have always liked the service I got from they. They were good.

I would rave about them. Recommend them.

But, then this.

Yes, I am MAD. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

I sure HOPE you agree.

I am NOT a happy camper. Yes, I called ... Just voicemail.

NEVER GOING BACK. Never. I would rather die on the sidewalk.
