I have been CRAVING some LOW-CARB HOT Oatmeal.
I then found this 'Instant Keto' on Amazon.
I got it & at it per their recipe, i.e., 1/2 cup of pseudo oats with 1/2 cup of boiling water.
It was OK. Not bad. A tad bland for I.
So, I decided to SPICE it up a bit.
I have tons of the 'NuTrail Nut Granola Cereal' -- which is my 'occasional' COLD cereal breakfast.
I then came up with the above. It is YUMMY. Real good. Breeze to make.
Lot of fiber. Works for I.
Hasn't made a noticeable difference to my blood sugar.
Just SHARING with YOU.
You might enjoy it. Not that expensive either.
