How Can You Get DEHYDRATED Trapped Behind A Waterfall?

That did NOT make sense to me. Even if he couldn't reach the main body of the waterfall, there will always be tons of splashing, puddles & run offs. Does NOT make sense.

I wasn't that interested in this story. Too many bigger things happening.

But, I just happened to see a snippet that mentioned DEHYDRATION. I had to do a DOUBLE TAKE. WTF?
