'Quirk Auto', 'Manchester' [NH] Sent ME Someone Else's Car Purchase PAPERWORK -- Won't Tell Me Who Got MY PAPERWORK.

They did ALL the paperwork, electronically, on a tablet. It was COOL. I liked it & complemented them on it. I hate paper paperwork. This was the way to go.
The following day I got an e-mail with a link to DOWNLOAD the paperwork. I downloaded it & stored it in a few safe places. I am cool with dealing with FILES. I didn't bother to look through the paperwork. Deal was done & the Envision was in the garage. I had seen the paperwork at Quirk.
This afternoon I wanted, out of curiosity, to see exactly what I had ended up paying.
So, I opened the paperwork. The price DID NOT look right. I then looked further up & noticed that it was NOT MY NAME.
I scrolled through. NOT MINE. NOT MINE. Full set of paperwork for a 82-year old 'Robert'. Not mine. I felt bad for the old guy. Quirk did NOT do him any favors. He should have asked me to help him negotiate.
While I felt BAD that I had Robert's paperwork, THE BIG QUESTION was WHO HAD MINE.
Quirk says it was NOT SENT out to anyone.
Yea, PIGS WILL FLY.
Yes, car dealership so total upfront honesty is not something I would expect.
I am LIVID.
I emailed. I txted. I messaged. I called.
NO JOY AS YET.
The two salespeople are REAL NICE & they are sorry. NOT THEIR FAULT.

This wasn't ALL. When I got home Tuesday night I found that I had 3 Key Fobs.
Yes, 3. Two were in the Buick & one was tucked into the plastic envelope I had taken with MY documents. I didn't take any fobs. They were all given to me.
Appears one of the sales people left a fob to a GMC truck in the Buick.
They demanded that I mail it back.
NOW THIS.

I am NOT a happy camper.
Do YOU blame me.
Yes, I can report them to Concord etc. What good will that do?
