Up until today, there hadn't been much color (this year) in Central New Hampshire.
But today, BANG, there was all this color around me.
This TREE is my 'marker'. I walk by it, at least every other day. When it changes color I know that color is with us.
I was worried that it was the drought.
I am sure the drought has played a role.
Yes, we had 12 hours of soaking rain yesterday. I don't think that played a role. Too soon. Too quick.
This is probably the right time. I don't bother to keep track of color that closely.
I will, going forward, post more pictures.
