'Eero' Mesh Network Software Update FREQUENCY Has Got Out Of Hand.

I got another 'Eero' update today.

Felt like I had done an update not that recently. I checked. 3 weeks ago. But that had been the second update in March. 3 updates in February -- which was a short month.

To be fair, their updates, so far, have been relatively painless.

The update gets done quite quickly. But ...

The last 3 updates all had some SECURITY FIXES.

That is worrying.

Latest update (i.e., today's) may have increased bandwidth fractionally. That is good. I am happy.

Software updates have become the BANE of OUR LIVES. Think about it: phone, browser, router (e.g. Eero), computer OS, car(!), smart TV ... The list continues to grow.
