Fermented Foods Are Apparently Very Good For YOU. Makes Sense, BUT I Had Not Realized.

Link to 'CNBC' article.
I was very surprised to find this article, about the benefits of fermented foods, on CNBC -- tucked way up among this morning's financial news.

I don't recall ever seeing food or lifestyle related stories on CNBC -- or at least in the MAIN markets related 'front page' that I visit/check.

I was curious enough to check.

Makes sense. I can't say I go out of my way to eat fermented food, but I have no aversion to things fermented.

That coffee beans are considered fermented amused me.

In terms of gut health it does make sense. I can just see how fermented food will act as catalysts for gut microbes.

I am going to look into this. Interesting.

Thought YOU would like to know too. Check it out.

Thanks CNBC.
