How various Presidents set about expanding the land mass of the U.S.A.

I knew some of it -- but would NOT have been able to name the Presidents beyond 'Jefferson' & the 'Louisiana Purchase'.

Yes, on 'Facebook' various folks have CORRECTLY pointed out that this map totally ignores all the land taken from the Native Americans. Very valid point -- & one that continues to puzzle & worry me.
