This is one heck of an indictment against EVs.
Yes, the heatwave they are experiencing in Europe is unprecedented (in at least the last 80 years).
Not totally outlandish though. Hot, but max., in the UK, in the mid-90s. Yes, that is HOT for London.
But a bus exploding -- while it was being charged from what I can gather, because they are all saying that two other charging bays, empty at the time, also got destroyed.
Does that mean that it would not have exploded IF it was not being charged? That would be good.
That they have taken 400 electric buses out of service is eyebrow raising.
Had YOU heard about this? I wanted to make sure. 😇
