Pope Leo's '67' Meme & Dance ARE WRONG. He is '68' NOT '67'. In This He Is NOT INFALLIBLE, He/Vatican Are WRONG.

He is the 268 LEGITIMATE POPE. Not the 267 --> hence '67'.

'67' was Pope Francis.

This all has to do with the original Stephen II (legitimately elected March 752).

He was NOT a consecrated Bishop when elected in 752. But, in 752 being a consecrated Bishop was NOT a requirement to be Pope.

This Stephen appeared in Vatican lists till 1961. So the Vatican, till 1961, considered him a pope.

He had a stroke 2 days after he was elected.

That the Vatican incorrectly expunged him from the lists of popes is a CRIME.

In ALL my pope books I stand up for this poor, short-lived pope.

Yes, Pope Leo, like Francis before him, is pastoral.

He, unlike Benedict XVI before Francis, is NOT an academic or a noted intellectual. So, he can't be expected to know about the original 4-day Stephen.

But, somebody should TRY and educate him.
