Russian 'Volga Champ' Dance Competition Videos On 'YouTube' -- A RIOT. Very Compelling.

A few nights ago, 'YouTube' had the above video (^^) as a recommendation.

I like Russian dance -- albeit the mainly traditional 'folk' dancing.

I got my first introduction to Russian dance, age 8, in Ceylon. I had a front row seat to a  performance by the legendary 'Moscow' (Russia) 'Bolshoi Ballet'. It was, suffice, to say good. But, to make it better the lead ballerina kept on having a WARDROBE MALFUNCTION each time she jumped up and came down! I was mesmerized. I was hooked. If this was ballet, I was into it. I still watch ballet -- but I have never seen another wardrobe malfunction.

I had never heard of this 'Volga Champ' dance competition.

Appears it is world famous and very popular.

After I watched that first video, YouTube, as is its wont, now keeps on having another one of those videos in my recommendations. I have so far watched about four.

They have all been good. So clever. So creative. So well executed.
