A Book I Wished I Had Published.

I saw this at a yard-sale last week. I didn't buy it, but thought it was real clever & cute. Wow.

Genius. 

By a drug store no less. I hope they did real well with it. I am sure it was popular.

Why can't I ever think of CLEVER ideas like this for books.

The books I have been writing for the last 20 years don't sell much. They lack appeal. Damn.

But it would be churlish of me to complain.

My first three books, published between 1983 and 1999, did quite well -- especially the first one. That sold in the thousands. It was that book, in 1983, that ensure I had a good life therein after. So, I need to be thankful.

Just wish I can come up with a clever idea for a book. Fingers always crossed. 😇
