I Was So Delighted To Watch South African "Temba Bavuma's" Test Century Against Australia Earlier This Week.

| For Temba's 'Wikipedia' entry. |
I have liked Bavuma since his South African debut eleven years ago.
I watched him score his maiden Test century against England in 2015. He was going to become the first South African black to do so.
'Ian Botham' was commentating. Though obviously a STALWART Brit, he was getting emotional. He wanted Temba to get that century. He was young, 24.
When he got to his 100, Ian Botham, IRON MAN, cried on TV.
I joined him, i.e., Ian. I cried too. So, that kind of linked me to Temba.
I try & follow South African cricket as much as possible. I like South African cricket.
I have seen Bavuma grow, mature, struggle and sometimes prevail.
His fitness & form has worried me.
This was good to see. Yes, I so that 'f'-word riddled exchange with 'Quinton de Kock'. That was NOT good.
Captaincy has AGED Temba. That makes me a tad sad.
I wish him NOTHING but the very best. I would like see him prosper & flourish for a few more years.
That century was CLASS. Wow. I was convinced that South Africa would be bowled out for less than 150. They went onto score more than 400 -- thanks to Temba. Way to go.
😊
