Pope Leo Might Be 1st Head of State of a Sovereign Nation to Vote in an Election in ANOTHER Country!
U.S. news media, which sometimes can be very naive & superficial when it comes to matters outside of the U.S. of A., are obsessed today that Pope Leo XIV is the 1st pope to have voted in a U.S. election.
But, he is the 1st U.S. pope.
They seem to MISS that point.
IF he is 1st U.S. pope, which he is, he has to be the 1st.
There were NO U.S. popes prior to him.
So, that he is the 1st to pope to vote in a U.S. election is kind of immaterial -- it has to follow.
What is MORE significant is that he is the HEAD of STATE of another Sovereign Nation. That he voted in the election in another country is NOTEWORTHY.
That is what her need to focus on. God it. Please study my graphic. Thanks. 😇
