'National Native American Heritage Month' -- I Am In SOLIDARITY & KINSHIP.

I saw the 'Google Doodle' yesterday that reminded me of this. I am glad Google did a Doodle. People need to be told of this. To be honest, I really don't.

I mark, honor & think about Native American Heritage year round.

I can't forget. I am surrounded, in my office, by Native American artifacts & I have a lot of Native American friends on Facebook who are regular posters.

I relate to Native Americans. I look like one -- though I am NOT.

I am, however, NOT sure I would have liked being a Native American! I think they were dealt a real HARSH HAND. I feel bad for them -- which is why I support them.

I go to many Pow-Wows -- but they make me SAD. None of their 'magic' worked. I know that they don't agree. They maintain that just getting to where they are today took a lot of 'magic'. Probably true.
