Despite my persistent prediabetes my wrist burn healed quickly & quite nicely within 4 days when I stopped wearing my Garmin EPIX Gen 2 on my left watch & switched it (temporarily) to my right.

Wearing on my right was a pain. Just couldn't get used to it. So, I couldn't wait to go back to my left wrist.

I, however, wasn't going to take any chances.

I, as is my wont, thought about my options. I had already decided that I can live with having the Garmin sensors turned off. I really don't care to see what my heartrate its. I know that my heart is ticking. I am clever like that. If it stopped ticking I would be the first to know. So, at least for now, I turned all the sensors off. Just need time, day, STEPS, STAIRS CLIMBED, sunset/sunrise. That is all.

Though about gauze patches under the watch etc. but that would not have worked. The watch has to have some give(/slip). So decided on using 'good' (i.e., cotton) sweatbands.

Today is the first full day with the sweatband. Let's see how it works out. So far, so good.

I will keep you posted. Thanks.

😇
