Potential 'Cure' For Nonverbal Autistic Kids -- Folic Acid-Based 'Leucovorin'.

Saw this in the U.K. 'Daily Mail', my goto paper for the last 50 years, which I read online multiple times a day.

Definitely got my attention. I have been BIG into autism since my youngest daughter was diagnosed as such, three years ago, when she was 15. [I just wish we had learnt earlier.]

She was kind of 'non-verbal'. Started to speak when she was around 9 months, but for a full year all she would say, despite what so many of us tried, was 'DOG'! Just refused to say any other word. Everything was dog. She used hand signs for other things -- like milk.

Well, for parents facing this, this might be worth trying.

I just looked online. It appears to be available without a prescription -- also in generic form. You should, OBVIOUSLY, check with your doctor first. But, definitely worth checking out. It it helps that would be so marvalous.

I had to share this with YOU. Hope it helps.
