Well, 'bend the knee' is figurative in this case because the Pope, bless his poor soul, can't get out of his wheelchair. He is quite lame. IF he could I am sure he would have got down on his knees and kissed JD Vance's feet -- as he should. He probably wishes he could have washed them.

NO QUESTION, whatsoever, who was in the CATBIRD SEAT. The pope was not. He was in his poor wheelchair LOOKING SCARED. You have to admit, he looks scared, like a little boy waiting to be told of. Well, we all know who is THE BOSS -- it is NOT the pope.

So much for all the Vatican bravado that the pope was going to LECTURE JD Vance! LoL.

That the pope was going to snub JD Vance & not give him an audience. LoL.

Not only did he give JD Vance an audience, he did so on Easter Sunday. LoL.

He didn't lecture JD Vance.

He could hardly speak. JD Vance was IN CHARGE. JD Vance was THE BOSS (in the absence of President Trump, THE OMNIPOTENT.

I truly feel sorry for the poor, suffering pope.

The God is playing with Francis like a cat torturing a poor mouse.

I have asked God, nicely, to be kind to this poor pope.

Isn't it obvious that God is NOT happy with the pope. He is torturing him, slowly, every day. He is making the pope suffer, in public. He is NOT allowing the pope to 'go home'. He is keeping him on earth and making him do public penance.

Today's sorry & sad JD Vance episode was the latest.

GOD, PLEASE, PLEASE have mercy on this poor pope.

Cut him some slack.
