So most of us have tried to use this 'MESSAGE' option on a company's Facebook page to try and get their attention. Most of the time NOTHING happens, other than maybe an automated message saying that they will get back to you.
NOT SO WITH BUICK.
I contacted them, yesterday afternoon -- i.e., a Sunday afternoon.It was about the DATA BREACH that I had discovered on Friday (here is the POST).
I wasn't expecting much. It was mainly out of FRUSTRATION. I had to do SOMETHING.
So, I messaged them with a short description of my issue.
BANG!
They, a lady called 'Audrey', were on it in a flash.
No messing around. Asked me what I wanted to achieve. Whether I wanted to file a dealership complaint etc. etc.
Then she collected the information.
I couldn't keep up with her. SHE WAS FAST. Bang .... bang ... BANG.
They were messaging me well into the night. I was amazed.
This morning they contacted the dealership. No messing around.
I am BEYOND impressed. Never seen support like this.
[From a feedback survey I later filed I get the feeling that this online support is COMMON across all GM lines ... Chevy, GMC, Buick etc. Doesn't matter. Means it is good for ALL GM customers.]
I really am AMAZED.
I am GRATEFUL. They really stepped up to the plate.
THANK YOU, BUICK Facebook support. YOU are GREAT.
