It was a new release on 'Netflix'. I saw it on that list last night & clicked on it on a whim. Glad I did. It was a HOOT. Really enjoyed it. Great, 'nostalgic' soundtrack too. 

Just 1.5 hours too. Goldilocks. Methinks the perfect length for such a comedy.

So, it is 12 years old. But, for I a movie is new when it becomes available on Netflix.

If you have seen it earlier, I am happy for you.

I just wanted to let others know. Some real great lines about realtors & the tricks they get up to.

I liked the dog too. That was a bonus.

Check it out. I doubt whether you will be disappointed or left wanting.
