Bhutan -- NO Frigging Way It Is The Happiest Country In The World.

I heard this claim, i.e., that Bhutan claims to be the HAPPIEST country in the world, on 'BBC Radio' this morning. I was beyond shocked. NO WAY. No FRIGGING way.

We, in New Hampshire, have a LOT of Bhutanese refugees. And I mean a LOT. Like a TON of them. I just checked. Two years ago the number was 2,000+. I have spoken, in depth, with a few of them. They complain bitterly about Bhutan. They are elated to be here. Doesn't sound like they were very happy in Bhutan.

Plus, Bhutan is a Buddhist country.

Buddhism is NOT a happy religion. I know. I used to be a Buddhist. Buddhism teaches that life is suffering. Can you be happy if you believe that life is suffering. Heck NO.

They are lying. All propaganda. Miserable buggers.
